CPhT Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support a growing specialty pharmacy team, the full-time remote CPhT Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage patient enrollment, handle inbound calls, and ensure accurate documentation of patient and prescription information.

Key responsibilities

• Placing phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients to gather necessary information
• Enrolling patients into specialty services, including patient care management and copay assistance programs
• Managing assigned workflow queues and ensuring thorough documentation of prescription order setup

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
• National CPhT certification and/or registration/licensure as required by state
• Minimum of two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to work scheduled hours with varying shifts based on department needs
• Commitment to compliance with federal and state laws and ethical standards
