CPhT Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support a growing specialty pharmacy, the full-time Remote Specialty Pharmacy Technician (CPhT/ExCPT) will enroll new patients, manage patient information, and assist with prescription processing while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Placing phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients for enrollment and support
• Managing assigned workflow queues and ensuring accurate documentation of patient information and prescription orders
• Contacting healthcare providers to obtain necessary information and assist with prior authorizations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
• National CPhT certification and/or state registration/licensure required
• Minimum of two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to work scheduled hours with varying shifts based on department needs
• Commitment to legal and ethical compliance in all duties performed
