CPSD Agent with Security Clearance
Job Summary
Providing Tier 1 product support for G/TIMS users, the remote CPSD Agent with Security Clearance will assist users across all supported MAJCOMS, offer subject matter expertise to technical teams, and manage user requests during weekend and nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 product support for G/TIMS users via email, phone, or other methods
- Train users on current and upcoming functionalities while assisting on-site team members with troubleshooting
- Gather help desk metrics, track user issues, and update work tickets in Redmine
Required Qualifications
- G/TIMS operational experience
- Experience as Military Aircrew or in operations within Major Commands (MAJCOM) such as AMC, AETC, or ACC
- Service Desk experience with customer contact
- Current knowledge of Air Force Network environments
- Security + CE certification
