CRB Auditor II

Job Summary

Independently reviewing and auditing incoming car repair billing, the full-time CRB Auditor II will ensure compliance with AAR rules and industry standards while collaborating with internal and external partners in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and audit routine and moderately complex incoming car repair billing for accuracy and compliance
• Analyze invoice exceptions and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies within established guidelines
• Develop customer reports by analyzing invoicing activity and identifying trends to support business decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of progressively responsible railroad car repair billing or related experience
• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Professional knowledge of AAR car repair billing rules and processes
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables while maintaining accuracy and quality
