CRB Auditor II

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time CRB Auditor II will independently review and audit car repair billing to ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements while collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Independently review and audit incoming car repair billing for accuracy and compliance with AAR rules and industry practices
• Analyze invoice exceptions and billing data, determining appropriate actions within established guidelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of progressively responsible railroad car repair billing or closely related experience
• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Professional knowledge of AAR car repair billing rules and industry requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize competing demands effectively
