CRB Auditor Level II

Job Summary

Independently managing the review and auditing of car repair billing, the hybrid CRB Auditor Level II will ensure compliance with AAR rules and industry standards while collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and audits incoming car repair billing for accuracy and compliance with AAR rules and contractual requirements
• Analyzes invoice exceptions and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely billing outcomes
• Tracks performance metrics related to invoice processing and identifies opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of experience in railroad car repair billing or a closely related field
• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Professional knowledge of AAR car repair billing rules and industry practices
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables while maintaining accuracy and quality
