CRDT Software Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on developing advanced synchronization and networking systems, the full-time remote CRDT Software Engineer will design robust data synchronization frameworks and optimize distributed software for reliable AI operations across various environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement synchronization and networking systems for AI operations in heterogeneous environments
- Architect data synchronization frameworks using content addressable storage, Merkle trees, and CRDTs
- Lead performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of distributed software under resource constraints
Required qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience with backend systems languages such as C++, C, Go, or Rust
- Experience with peer-to-peer or decentralized networking frameworks
- Knowledge of secure key management and cryptographic protocols
- Familiarity with distributed systems concepts like distributed hash tables and gossip protocols
- Ability to work in Rust, with an opportunity to learn on the job if needed
