Job Summary
Supporting loan transactions from approval through funding, the part-time remote CRE Loan Closer will manage onboarding, coordinate transaction activities, and serve as a liaison among various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination
- Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews
- Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, and coordinate funding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- 2-10 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
