Job Summary

Leading a team of AI-driven Creative Designers, the full-time remote Creative Design Team Lead will mentor and scale the team while overseeing the production flow and driving creative direction for performance marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Creative Designers, focusing on growth and output quality
• Manage production flow, including task distribution, capacity planning, and quality control
• Drive creative direction and generate innovative ideas informed by visual trends and performance data

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing creative/design teams in digital marketing
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in AI-driven design
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and the impact of visuals on conversion metrics
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
