Job Summary

To build a high-performing visual creative engine, the full-time Creative Design Team Lead will manage and mentor a team of 3 to 6 AI-driven Creative Designers, producing compelling ad creatives and photorealistic visuals for performance marketing campaigns in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI-driven Creative Designers, focusing on personal and professional growth
• Own the production flow, ensuring task distribution, capacity planning, and quality control for high-standard outputs
• Drive creative direction by generating innovative concepts and analyzing performance data to inform future iterations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing creative/design teams in digital marketing
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of integrating AI outputs into design workflows
• Solid background in performance marketing, particularly with static ad creatives across various paid channels
• Hands-on experience with modern AI image platforms for creating photorealistic visuals
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
