Job Summary

Leading a team of designers and technologists, the full-time Creative Director, Interactive Experiences will shape the creative vision for immersive projects, manage client relationships, and oversee the integration of interactive technology in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the creative vision for interactive projects, ensuring high design and interaction quality
• Manage and mentor a team while serving as the primary creative contact for clients, balancing their goals with compelling experience design
• Stay current with interactive trends and technologies, introducing innovative tools and formats to enhance project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in a creative role focused on interactive, digital, or experience design, with team management experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and concept development
• Experience working with enterprise or consumer technology clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Hands-on experience with design tools and a solid understanding of current hardware and software capabilities
• Proven use of AI tools in the creative process, alongside familiarity with immersive technologies like AR and VR
