Creative Lead, Artist Experiences

Job Summary

Seeking a Creative Lead, Artist Experiences, Growth & Operations, this full-time remote position will manage the growth of VAWAA's artist supply by identifying exceptional artists, building relationships, and successfully launching compelling creative experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Find and curate exceptional artists by reviewing applications and assessing artistic mastery through video conversations
• Build relationships with artists to establish trust, understand motivations, and guide them through the onboarding process
• Shape and develop compelling multi-day experiences that balance artistic integrity with guest demand and business viability

Required qualifications

• Trained in a design discipline such as architecture, industrial design, or product design with a strong understanding of creative processes
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced creative environment, including roles requiring self-direction and reliable delivery
• Experience in relationship management, including outreach, partnerships, or client support
• Strong editing skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling content
• Highly organized with experience in maintaining a CRM and managing multiple projects simultaneously
