Creative Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of digital assets and creative operations workflows in a full-time remote position, working closely with the Digital Asset Manager to enhance systems and processes for efficient team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the organization, cataloging, and maintenance of digital assets across various platforms
• Assist with project coordination, including tracking creative requests and maintaining project records
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure digital assets meet organizational standards and are easily accessible

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Coordination, or Digital Asset Management
• Familiarity with creative terminology and visual graphic file formats
• Experience with databases and large collections of digital files
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in improving processes
