Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Optimisation Manager to enhance acquisition efficiency through data-driven creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative optimisation strategy across various channels to boost conversions and user engagement
  • Collaborate with the Creative Hub to establish a scalable process for producing and testing high-performing creatives
  • Analyse data from A/B tests to inform future creative development and align efforts with marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Direct testing and platform performance experience
  • Experience in a digital and/or creative agency
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, GDN, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Deep expertise in various ad creative formats
