Creative Producer

Job Summary

Managing presentation and content deliverables from kickoff through final delivery, the project-based Creative Producer will work remotely to coordinate resources, build project schedules, and ensure final outputs are polished and aligned with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage presentation and content deliverables, overseeing the entire process from initial brief to final delivery
• Build and manage project schedules, milestones, and approval paths while coordinating resources across various teams
• Track project budgets, hours, and scope, keeping clients and internal stakeholders informed of progress and potential bottlenecks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing presentations or creative work in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience managing presentation development and content workflows
• Strong working knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Experience coordinating writers, strategists, and designers through iterative review processes
