Creative Producer for UGC

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time remote Creative Producer for UGC will generate over 20 high-quality video creatives each month, including managing the production of at least 10 videos featuring real UGC creators while executing the established creative strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Generate 20+ high-quality video creative concepts monthly by analyzing product information and social media trends
• Write compelling UGC scripts optimized for paid social advertising with strong hooks and clear CTAs
• Produce and manage the full production cycle for at least 10 videos per month featuring real UGC creators

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or paid social advertising
• Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven video ads and UGC content
• Proven experience writing scripts for UGC creators and direct-response video ads
• Deep understanding of paid social platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple productions simultaneously
