Creative Producer - Video and Design

Job Summary

To support a growing mix of video, design, and event-related creative work, the project-based Creative Producer - Video and Design will manage creative deliverables from kickoff through final delivery, coordinating resources and maintaining schedules in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creative deliverables across video, motion graphics, design, digital, print, and event assets from kickoff to final delivery
• Build and oversee project schedules, milestones, review rounds, and approval paths while tracking budgets and resources
• Coordinate with creative teams and external partners to ensure timely and polished final deliverables

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing creative work in an agency or production company environment
• Demonstrated experience managing video and design production
• Working knowledge of editorial and motion graphics workflows
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Experience producing digital and print assets, with event or experiential production experience preferred
