Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a top Tech client's Commercial Web Marketing team, the temporary remote Creative Project Manager will lead the production of strategic web initiatives, manage workflows across various teams, and adapt to evolving project scopes while ensuring alignment with brand vision and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of high-performing organic marketing pages
• Manage workflows across SEO, development, accessibility, UX writing, design, and analytics teams
• Navigate evolving project scopes and clarify requirements while tracking deliverables in project management software

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within a creative agency or in-house marketing team
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, WorkFront, or Jira, and familiarity with creative tools like Figma and Adobe CC
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous briefs and adapt to shifting timelines
