Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing video projects remotely, the full-time contract Creative Project Manager will oversee video editing, perform quality assurance on completed edits, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage video editing projects from assignment through completion
• Perform quality assurance on edited videos, reviewing pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and overall quality
• Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients and maintain organized communication and project workflows across the team

Required qualifications

• Experience in project management, creative operations, video production, or a similar environment
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Professional and confident with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable managing multiple active projects in a fast-paced remote environment
