Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Creative Project Manager will manage project workflows, facilitate communication across departments, and oversee project planning while working remotely or in a hybrid setting from Mexico City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and tools, ensuring visibility and organization throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate communication between multiple departments and capture meeting notes and feedback
• Oversee project planning and manage schedules for designers and editors, proactively identifying potential issues and solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
