Job Summary
To support the creative team, the full-time Creative Project Manager will oversee project intake, manage stakeholder alignment, and optimize workflows while collaborating with an Art Director, Visual Designer, and Video Producer in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming creative requests and triage priorities to protect high-impact work
- Direct recurring requestors to self-service resources to maintain focus on strategic initiatives
- Act as the primary liaison between requestors and creative teams, translating business needs into deliverables
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creative project management or operations within a tech or agency environment
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com
- Exceptional communication skills with experience managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on process architecture and version control
