Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the day-to-day execution of creative workstreams, the temporary Freelance Creative Project Manager will manage project planning, workflow, and team communication while working remotely in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Operations Lead in defining project scope and development timelines
• Create detailed task schedules and assign tasks to creative teams using project management tools
• Facilitate communication between brand teams, creative teams, and producers to ensure project alignment

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a creative or advertising environment
• Proficiency in project management software such as Asana and Google Workspace
• Strong understanding of the creative process, including design and content development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for articulating project updates
