Job Summary

To support critical high-stakes campaigns, the temporary remote Creative Project Manager will establish and lead project management workflows, ensuring timely execution and coordination across diverse client initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups and check-ins to foster collaboration and address schedule deviations
• Drive workflow and schedule execution using Adobe Workfront, tracking completion dates for all project stages
• Oversee direct mail and production tracking, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex creative production schedules, particularly in direct mail and direct response campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront for managing client schedules and task dependencies
• Strong leadership experience in running agile daily standups and managing cross-functional risks
• Ability to quickly adapt and integrate into fast-paced environments
