Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of creative initiatives, the full-time remote Creative Project Manager will manage workback schedules, coordinate design requests, and ensure project deadlines are met while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and maintain master workback schedules and trackers for internal and client-facing projects
• Coordinate design work and manage deliverables, ensuring deadlines are clear and achieved
• Drive internal accountability through regular communications and status updates on project health

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency or creative team
• Strong command of workback schedules and deadlines
• Proven ability to maintain detailed records for multiple concurrent projects
• Experience coordinating creative work and communicating status across teams
• Preferred experience in fabrication and print production within creative projects
