Creative Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of designers, the full-time Creative Services Manager will oversee the development of high-quality visual communications while managing creative projects and enhancing operational workflows in a remote-eligible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of accessible visual communications across various channels, maintaining design standards and quality
• Manage and develop a team of creative professionals, overseeing project intake, resource planning, and budgets
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve creative workflows and enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least seven years of progressive experience in creative services or graphic design
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex creative projects
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience establishing design standards and accessible design practices, including Section 508 compliance
