Job Summary
Connecting creative production with emerging AI capabilities, the full-time remote Creative Services Specialist will design and govern workflows and tools for content generation, personalization, and digital experience delivery while ensuring operational support and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect business objectives, creative vision, AI capabilities, and final delivery into a cohesive creative technology workflow
- Lead creative production across various media while integrating AI-enabled tools where appropriate
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled creative workflows that support efficient content creation and delivery
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting creative production across web, video, motion graphics, publications, or interactive media
- Experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows or production processes
- Ability to create reusable frameworks and documentation that support consistent creative delivery
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content production and web/CMS frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required
