Job Summary
To lead creative ideation and oversee the production of dynamic beauty campaigns, the full-time remote Creative Strategy Specialist will develop innovative concepts, generate strategic ideas, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure impactful execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand

Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing/advertising, or creator marketing
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong writing skills and experience creating visually compelling presentations
- Familiarity with trends and innovations in the beauty industry and social media
- Proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint
