Job Summary

Leading a team of AI-driven Creative Designers, the full-time Creative Team Lead will mentor and scale the team while overseeing the production of high-performing visual ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 3 to 6 Creative Designers, focusing on growth and output quality
• Own the production flow, including task distribution, capacity planning, and quality control
• Drive creative direction by generating innovative concepts and analyzing performance data to inform future iterations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing creative/design teams in digital marketing
• Strong project management skills, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience integrating AI outputs
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and the elements that drive engagement and conversion rates
• Hands-on experience with modern AI image platforms for creating photorealistic visuals
