Job Summary

Leading a team of AI-driven Creative Designers, the full-time Creative Team Lead in AI & Performance Marketing will mentor and scale the team while overseeing the production of high-quality visual creatives for performance campaigns in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Creative Designers, focusing on growth and development
• Own the production flow, ensuring task distribution, capacity planning, and quality control
• Drive creative direction by generating innovative concepts and analyzing performance data for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing creative/design teams in digital marketing
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of AI image platforms
• Solid knowledge of performance marketing and the impact of visuals on ad effectiveness
• Strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
