Creator Activation Specialist

Job Summary

Enthusiastic about supporting culinary creators, the part-time Creator Activation Specialist will manage the onboarding and activation of new platform creators, provide ongoing support, and ensure compliance with standards, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate the successful launch of new creator brands by creating customized onboarding materials and tracking timelines
• Provide guidance and front-line support across multiple channels to help creators build thriving businesses
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on requirements and ensure a seamless onboarding process

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in onboarding or account activation for a culinary physical product business or relevant education in culinary or foodservice management
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. EST hours, starting no later than 10:00 AM EST
• Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency with Google Suite, project management tools, and data visualization platforms
• Professional demeanor in communications with creators and internal teams
