Creator and UGC Manager
Job Summary
To grow and manage an active creator program, the part-time Creator & UGC Manager will find new talent, structure contracts, and oversee a roster of creators while working remotely in a contract role with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Source and vet new creators across various platforms to maintain a pipeline of talent
- Negotiate contracts and manage deliverables, ensuring clarity and consistency across the creator roster
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, feedback, and performance tracking of creator submissions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing creator or UGC programs for DTC brands, agencies, or marketplaces
- Proven ability to recruit and negotiate with creators effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with performance metrics on platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Experience in regulated categories such as health or wellness is a plus
