Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Creator Coach will train and mentor 30 to 90 creators across multiple brands, providing daily feedback and inspiration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coach creators daily in a brand's Discord, focusing on content creation and performance
- Provide daily feedback on content formats, including hooks and calls to action
- Conduct weekly group calls for account reviews and strategy discussions
Required qualifications
- Experience creating or coaching successful short-form content
- Strong understanding of video performance metrics and content strategy
- Ability to commit 2 to 3 hours daily, seven days a week
- Proficient in camera usage and content creation tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and analysis
