Job Summary
To grow and activate Shapermint's creator community, the remote Creator Community Coordinator will manage creator relationships, drive engagement, and coordinate initiatives that generate content and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Build and activate Shapermint's creator community, focusing on onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Manage creator relationships and communication across platforms such as Discord and TikTok Shop
- Coordinate creator initiatives, including campaigns, contests, and educational activities to drive participation
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in creator community management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention of creators
- Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture, and social media trends
- Experience driving creator participation through campaigns and community initiatives
- Proactive and organized mindset with strong relationship management skills
