Creator Manager
Job Summary
To build and grow a creator network, the full-time remote Creator Manager will source and manage relationships with creators across TikTok and other platforms, oversee a team of Virtual Assistants, and ensure timely content delivery while driving the TikTok Shop affiliate channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit creators through various channels, building a strong and diverse creator pipeline
- Manage creator relationships from onboarding to content delivery, ensuring usage rights and deliverables are met
- Oversee a team of Virtual Assistants, setting standards for outreach and operations within the creator program
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience sourcing and managing creators, particularly in the TikTok ecosystem
- Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, especially in recruiting and managing affiliate creators
- Experience negotiating creator terms, including usage rights and deliverables
- Experience managing a remote operations team or Virtual Assistants
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume creator pipeline effectively
