Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing skincare brand, the full-time Creator Partnerships Manager will manage the recruitment and development of a creator network, focusing on UGC, influencer partnerships, and expert talent while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage a continuous pipeline of UGC creators, influencers, and expert partners
- Proactively recruit high-quality estheticians, dermatologists, and skincare experts to represent the brand
- Collaborate with Creative and Acquisition teams to ensure a consistent supply of fresh content and creators
Required qualifications:
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) sectors, particularly beauty, skincare, or wellness
- Availability to work 6 days a week for 10 hours a day
- Commitment to reading 2 books per month
