Job Summary
To support a growing community, the part-time contract Creator Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end Voices program by proactively sourcing and onboarding faith-driven creators, building scalable systems for engagement, and fostering relationships to ensure ongoing participation.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source and recruit creators, managing the recruitment funnel from outreach to activation
- Develop and implement onboarding materials and stewardship strategies to enhance the creator experience
- Build and maintain the infrastructure for the Voices program, including CRM management and reporting on pipeline health
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building and scaling creator or ambassador programs
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems and scalable onboarding processes
- Demonstrated ability in pipeline development and creator stewardship
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
