Creator Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Owning the post-acquisition lifecycle of immersive content creators, the remote Creator Retention & Relationship Manager will guide onboarding, optimize retention strategies, and foster long-term partnerships across the US and EU markets.

Key responsibilities

• Guide creators from onboarding to full activation on the platform, ensuring successful engagement
• Own and manage creator retention metrics, proactively addressing lifecycle health and reactivation efforts
• Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with creators and build an active creator community space

Required qualifications

• Relevant experience in the creator economy, content platforms, or digital media ecosystems
• Experience in creator partnerships, community management, or customer success roles focused on retention
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with retention and engagement metrics
• Proven ability to structure processes in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
• Fluency in English (B2 and above) with strong relationship-building skills
