Credentialing Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships, the full-time Credentialing Account Manager will oversee the provider credentialing and payer enrollment process remotely, ensuring compliance and an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding credentialing and payer enrollment activities
• Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment lifecycle, including initial enrollments, revalidations, and demographic updates
• Coordinate with payers to facilitate timely provider enrollment and resolve related issues

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or payer enrollment experience
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes
• Experience working with commercial and government health plans
• Knowledge of credentialing and enrollment platforms such as CAQH and PECOS
• Excellent client relationship management and organizational skills
