Credentialing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Credentialing Team in a remote capacity, the Credentialing Analyst will manage day-to-day credentialing workflows, lead data analysis projects, and develop reporting for cross-functional stakeholders regarding payor enrollment and credentialing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits of task boards to identify performance trends and workflow gaps
• Analyze dashboards to provide actionable insights for payer credentialing prioritization decisions
• Develop and maintain workflow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for leadership review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing, payer enrollment, or revenue cycle preferred
• Demonstrated experience with workflow management and process documentation
• Proven track record of producing accurate and actionable data analysis
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Monday.com
