Credentialing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Credentialing Team, the full-time remote Credentialing Analyst will manage day-to-day credentialing workflows, lead data analysis projects, and partner with leadership to identify workflow gaps and track performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits of task boards to identify performance trends and workflow gaps
• Analyze dashboards to provide insights on claim volume and reimbursement for payer credentialing decisions
• Develop and distribute reports on the status of payer enrollment and credentialing activities for cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing, payer enrollment, or revenue cycle
• Demonstrated experience with workflow management and process documentation
• Proven track record of producing accurate and actionable data analysis
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com or Smartsheet
