Job Summary
To support the onboarding and readiness of healthcare providers, the full-time remote Credentialing & Payor Enrollment Analyst will manage end-to-end workflows for credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment while ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement.
Key responsibilities
- Own the onboarding process for new providers, including documentation verification and application submissions
- Prepare and track state license applications and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Submit and manage payor enrollment applications and ensure accurate record-keeping in internal systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment, including multistate operations
- Experience with creating and maintaining CAQH accounts
- Proven ability to manage complex, document-heavy workflows
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced healthcare environment
