Credentialing Associate

Job Summary

Managing credentialing workflows, the full-time Credentialing Associate will oversee license renewals, compliance monitoring, and payer enrollments in a remote capacity, ensuring providers remain compliant and active with payers.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage renewal deadlines for NP, MD, and RN licenses, coordinating submissions with clinical staff
• Maintain and update CAQH profiles for providers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Handle payer recredentialing cycles and manage documentation for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid requirements

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare licensing operations or credentialing support preferred
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadline-driven workflows
• Strong organizational skills for tracking multiple providers across various credentialing cycles
• Clear communication skills for effective coordination with clinical staff
• Familiarity with CAQH and clinical licensing management is a plus
