Credentialing Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health network, the remote Credentialing Associate will manage credentialing, re-credentialing, licensing, and auditing processes while coordinating with providers and the Credentialing Verification Organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily credentialing functions, including processing provider files and managing approval dates
• Ensure timely re-credentialing and coordinate with the Credentialing Verification Organization for reviews
• Conduct quarterly internal audits to maintain efficiency and accuracy within the Credentialing Program

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of professional work experience in a highly communicative role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications or similar software
• Credentialing experience is highly preferred
