Credentialing Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end curation and submittal of provider credentialing applications, the full-time Credentialing Manager will ensure timely approvals, engage with key decision-makers, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the submission and approval process for all provider credentialing and enrollment applications
• Review and screen credentialing applications for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Monitor licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals to avoid service disruptions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in credentialing or provider enrollment
• Experience with multi-state, multi-payer hybrid (telehealth and in-person) environments is a must
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) is a strong plus
• Proficiency in database management and AI-assisted credentialing tools
