Credentialing Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing credentialing team, the part-time Credentialing Manager will manage provider enrollment and credentialing applications, lead contractors and vendors, and ensure accurate tracking of application statuses while working remotely or from NYC/SFO.

Key responsibilities

• Execute provider enrollment and credentialing applications across a defined set of payers, including CAQH ProView and primary source verification
• Track application statuses, flagging delays or missing documentation to prevent bottlenecks
• Utilize AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and maintain accurate tracking in spreadsheets and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with provider credentialing and enrollment, including CAQH and payer portals
• Solid Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, and pivot tables
• An owner's mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and drive resolutions independently
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in credentialing processes
