Job Summary

To accelerate growth in the high school, workforce readiness, and CTE markets, the full-time Credentialing Pathways Lead will manage state-level approval processes for FranklinCovey's Life-Ready Leadership credential, collaborate with Client Partners to enhance client credibility, and navigate complex credentialing requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution to secure state approvals for the Life-Ready Leadership credential, maintaining a prioritized pipeline
• Serve as a trusted expert in high school and workforce readiness, partnering with Client Partners during client interactions to enhance credibility
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure credentialing approvals translate into effective, marketable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in education, workforce development, or related leadership roles
• Direct experience with K-12 education policy and credentialing processes
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong consultative and facilitation skills, with experience in storytelling and communication
