Job Summary
To support the enrollment of behavioral health providers, the full-time Credentialing Representative - Wisconsin will manage credentialing processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain accurate practitioner records in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and document credentialing requirements while maintaining practitioner records within databases
- Initiate and verify credentialing applications, ensuring data integrity and compliance with primary source verification standards
- Act as a liaison between the practitioner network and internal departments to address issues and facilitate re-credentialing processes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of experience in credentialing and/or healthcare
- 1+ years of computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work a 40-hour week between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time
- Access to a designated quiet workspace at home to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
