Credentialing Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the review and processing of provider applications, ensuring compliance with deadlines and addressing any credentialing issues while engaging with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviews and processes applications for provider privileges
- Ensures adherence to stringent deadlines and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Responds to provider inquiries and administers the re-credentialing process for Physicians and CRNAs
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in provider credentialing
- Experience with credentialing/enrollment software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
