Credentialing Specialist
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and committed to compliance, the full-time remote Credentialing Specialist will manage the credentialing and onboarding of DMEPOS suppliers, ensuring they meet Verse's high standards for qualification and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Intake and verify partner credentials, including Medicare PTAN status and state licenses
- Create and maintain a knowledge management system and SOPs in Salesforce and Google Drive
- Monitor and follow up on partner credentials, licenses, and insurance for expirations and compliance
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in DME credentialing at a DME supplier, health plan, or TPA
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Adaptable and open to feedback
