Job Summary
Supervising the credentialing associate team, the full-time Credentialing Specialist will train team members, document processes, and implement new systems while working remotely to enhance the efficiency of credentialing workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and train the credentialing associate team on daily tasks and new processes
- Document and analyze BetterHelp Insurance Credentialing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to the credentialing associates and liaise with other BetterHelp teams
Required qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in team supervision and training
- Strong understanding of credentialing processes and workflows
- Ability to analyze and improve operational efficiencies
- Excellent organizational skills to track application statuses and deadlines
